This is a remake using old animation from Hanna-Barbera's Sealab 2020, which was an educational cartoon about the environment. The premise for Sealab 2021 is that all of the characters have gone insane.

The second to last season for this early Adult Swim program. Some of the surreal aspects are hard to understand, however it does entertain.

A sharp dip in quality from Season 2 (and there was a definite decline in quality in Season 2 from Season 1.). I can't recommend this.
